CLARINS- Website Redesign

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The objective of this project was to redesign Clarins website. Clarins is a french cosmetic company. They are more into skin care then makeup, but their old site was not on the same line. So the main focus of this project was to revamp their site to make them stand out more as a natural skin care company.

To comply with my non-disclosure agreement, I have omitted and obfuscated confidential information in this case study.

 

 

MY ROLE

I worked on 3 pages over a period of 5 months. I was involved in the Secondary research, Design strategy, and defining the flows & interactions

THE ASK

  1. Build substantive, differentiated and authentic brand equity at scale

  2. Make an absolute jump from product marketing to consumer-centric approach

  3. Achieve huge sales growth

  4. Launch the best-in-class site of the beauty category in 2016

PERSONA AND USER FLOW

We Conducted initial usability testing on the existing website through in-person.

User research consisted of conducting a screener survey, multiple interviews and user testing, also conducted contextual inquiry studied how people perceived the brand

After finalizing the all the personas we tried to define each personas emotional journey while decided or buying clarin produc to helpu us understand their pain points.
